3-Step Battery Charging:

Step 1: Fast Charge Mode
Once the Charger is Connected to A Sealed Lead Acid Battery & Plugged In, It is in Constant Current Mode With the Charge Current Remaining At Its Maximum Capacity.
Step 2: Constant Voltage Mode
The Charger Switches to Constant Voltage Mode When the Battery is 80-95% Charged. It Will Provide A Constant Voltage, & the Charge Current Decreases to the Charge Termination Level.
Step 3: Float Charge Mode
The Charger Will Switch to This Mode When the Battery Has Been Fully Charged. You Can Remove the Battery From the Charger. If Not, The Charger Will Automatically Lower the Charging Voltage to About 12.6V/ Cell to Compensate for Self-Discharge. The Battery Can Be Connected for An Unlimited Time & When You Reconnect The Battery, The Charging Process Will Return to Step 1.
